Super friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was clean and spacious and all the amenities for our stay. We did not have breakfast although it was included in our stay. We could have parked on the retail carpark for free, which is a stone throw away but as it was so busy we decided to park on the carpark, opposite the hotel which was reasonable price for two days/nights stay. £9.20 this was paid over the two days separately. Would definitely stay again when we are in the area.
Checked in today with I think it was Eve or Eva, I’m Sorry I didn’t quite catch her name. What an absolute pleasure she was so friendly and nice! Asking me all about my day! It really made the experience a great one! She forgot to give me a keycard and I didn’t realise until got back to my room, she had no need to be- but was so apologetic and even gave me a free drink! Which she REALLy didn’t need to do! First class service and thank you! The room was super clean and smells lovely! I stay here regularly and NEVER have a bad stay! 5*
Hotel was spotlessly clean, room was lovely, breakfast was excellent and all freshly cooked. Big thank you to all the reception staff this morning when my Dad became unwell whilst we were having breakfast. Everyone was so lovely and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely be coming back and using you again. From checking in to checking out we couldn't fault a thing. Again thank you all so much
We stayed here enroute Edinburgh. The location is excellent and the staff very helpful. I loved their breakfast and the fact that they were very accomodating about breakfast. Excellent staff which makes the stay even more pleasant. Good location in retail park.
Been many times over last 10 years always good service. Clean rooms, bar and food,hot or cold breakfast included, allows us to bring in takeout, Staff friendly and helpful. Ideal location for visits into Glasgow, Ayrshire by car, 10 mins walk to trains, Free parking at the neighbouring retail park
Rooms a good size, clean and tidy. Bed was comfy and smelt fresh. Bar in the lobby was expensive for what it is. Better popping to the Asda a minutes walk away and stocking up on and drinks/snacks talk want. Guy at reception was a bit "dry" maybe he had also bought a round of drinks at the bar and was shocked like myself.
Kimberly was absolutely lovely! Such a friendly face when arriving and very happy to be of an assistance. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely too! Only issue I had was kids next door were screaming and slamming doors till 3am but apart from that it was a lovely experience :))
This place deserves more than 5 stars. The two young ladies on duty were two of the best hotel receptionists I have ever met behind a reception desk in any hotel, including a number of 5 Hotels. They were friendly, heplful and nothing was too much trouble for them to do to make our stay exceptional. The rooms wete good sized and comfortable and the bar/dining areas were spotless The breakfast was good too. All in all, an outstanding stay
